Why should I buy a digital poster?
Firstly, it’s quicker. You will receive your chosen design customised within 48 hours.
Secondly, you have control. You can choose how soon you want to print it out before the wedding, who you trust to print your poster and what paper stock it will be printed on. Ask the printers for sample printed paper stock so you know how thick the paper is.
Thirdly, it’s a safe-guard. By purchasing the digital copy of your wedding guest book poster you can protect yourself against any mishaps or accidents along the road to your wedding day (coffee spills, accidental tears or marks). You have the poster on hand ready for a printer to print at a moments notice without having to repurchase and reship the poster. With your wedding day looming, it’s just one less thing to stress about!
Not to mention, this is the “green” option! It’s the eco-friendly option! No need for packaging or fuel to deliver the poster to you. You will do your bit to save the world from an extra bit of pollution too.
What is A2 size and why are the posters this size?
A2 size is 420 x 594 mm (16.5 x 23.4 inches). We have created all our posters to be this size as we found other sizes too large or too small for the details and colours in our designs to stand out effectively whilst being a sensible sized signing poster. The A2 size also allows the posters to be easily displayed or stored after the wedding. If you require a specific size for your poster, please contact us to see how we can help.
What paper do you recommend to print my poster on?
We highly recommend using a heavyweight archival paper stock around 200 gsm. This stock will also allow you to roll up the poster to transport it to your wedding without any damage.
Will your logo show up on my poster?
No. All watermarks and logos are completely removed from the poster designs before they are sent to you.
How long will it take to deliver?
Once you have completed your purchase, please allow up to 3 days for us to customise your poster and email you the high resolution PDF file.
When do I let you know the names and date for the poster?
On each poster page, you will have the option to add the names and date before you add to cart. Please make sure the names and date (first names of those getting married and date of wedding) are CORRECTLY typed. We will use exactly what has been provided in this box so any reprint corrections and shipping will be the customers responsibility.
How many signing areas do I need on my poster?
This will depend on how many guests you have at your reception and how many partners are attending. Most wedding guests will sign together with their partner rather than in a separate signing area. So rule of thumb would be to look at how many invitations were sent would be the minimum and how many individual guests are attending would be approximately your maximum.
So for example you have a reception for 100 guests but only sent out 60 invitations, we would recommend a poster which has between 60 – 100 signing areas. This way you will have enough for those guests who want to sign individually as well as nice splashes of colour throughout the poster!
Do you refund or exchange?
Due to the nature of our product – returns are not accepted. If there is a mistake that is our fault (eg, names are incorrect) then we will be happy to correct the mistake and send you a new one!
Is there any GST charges?
GST (Goods and Services Tax) is only applicable for our Australian customers.
